• Do not rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute our apps to third parties.
• Do not use our apps for unlawful purposes.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices on our apps.

3. Ownership

Our apps are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Pixel Cheetah.

4. Updates and Support

We may provide updates or support at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

5. Termination

We may terminate this agreement if you violate its terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our apps, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
